| Description |
When adding a new group it should be easy:
* open the group menu
* hit the new button
* nothing happens unless you select a type or group in the grid
Expected behavior
* if you hit new with no item seleted on the tree
* you should get a message - please select a level to add the group to
* default the focus to asset in the tree so if they hit new again it creates a group below assets
