Steps:
1. Highlight Revenue type in the right panel.
2. Click New toolbar button.
3. Account Subgroup screen is shown and it allowed me to add and save group with apostrophe.
4. Close the Account Group.
5. Notice that there is a new blank row added in the left panel (grid).
5. Click Save on Account Groups screen.
Issue: It showed Not Found error. Here is what the console is showing too.
