*Background:*
* Users would like to see inactive active accounts in the search screen so they know that they are there (no sense typing it in - then going to add and it is in there as inacive)
* It may be interesting to highlight inactive accounts in the journal entry screen (account in red)
* the idea is there users entering transactions that may not remember that an account is inactive
** user needs to know that the account is inactive
** it is helpful to the user to know that there is an inactive account
** if the user does not see the inactive account they may call the person in charge of accounts and ask them to set it up
When entering accounts it would be nice:
* to show the inactive flag in the account search screen (yes / no)
* not allow selection of inactive accounts but to make them visible.
* Highlight in red or a different color?
currently you pick the account and it fails on posting.
