When entering journal enteries the following sequence should be applied:
* Post date should default to current date
* *{color:#ff0000}Currency should default to the functional currency on the company setup * * {color}*
!pastedImage_d39872_0.png! *{color:#ff0000}{color}*
* transaction type should defualt to Journal entry
* Curson should go directly to the description then the account id in the grid
