Standard Income Statement is not calculating correctly. The customer is printing the GL Account Detail and comparing it to the Income statement for the same account and same date range and the dollar amounts are not the same. Please refer to help desk ticket for additional notes and examples of the accounts that she found the issues in. There maybe more accounts with issues, the ones noted in the help desk ticket are some that she is aware of.
She does not have FRD setup yet and need to print financials for management.
