*Case:*
Allow user to change the account group to any other group within the same type without validation. From the chart of accounts maintenance screen.
*Background:*
Since we now have account categories for coontrolling what is posted to accounts we do not have to worry about account groups being changed- they can be moved at will for reporting.
That being said we should not allow account groups to be changed from one account type to another. for example lets say we have an asset account type - the group should only allow change within that accoun type - account groups should be flexible within the account type - this will prevent issues with the balance sheet or the profit and loss statement.
For example:
Lets say we have an account group called cash in the asset account type - if we moved it to an expense our financial statemetns would go out of balance. so - you can only move account groups within the same type.
