Steps:
1. Add a primary account.
2. Click Build button.
3. In Build Accounts screen, find for the new primary account added.
Issue: Could not find it. It turned out the the changes made is not saved.
Acceptance Criteria: If there are changes made on Segment Accounts and Build button is clicked, save message should be prompted to alert user that there are changes prior leaving the Segment Accounts screen and moving to Build Accounts screen.
