if the customer wishes to change an account segment they may wish to regenerate the account names for all accounts. We should have a button in Chart of accounts maintenance that will allow you to regnerate the names of all accounts
When you hit the button it should recreate all account descriptions based upon segment account descriptions - it should also ask you if you would like to separate the segment names with a "-"
Like - "Cash Chicago" (whithout dash)
or - "Cash - Chicago" (with dash)

When you hit the regenerate descriptions
1000-00 would get Cash Home office (if no dash was selected)
