1. Can we add Date column in Search? This will help easily find transactions.
2. Also, on Description field shown in Search Audit Adjustment, we can:
>Remove it since it all shows Audit Adjustment or
>Add a Description field where user can enter a memo or note or description for the transaction. Then with this shown in Search screen, it'll now be of help when searching for transactions.
