ISSUE:
This is the default account structure populated in db (without i21 schema) that is upgraded into i21.
The issue is the Default Location populated does not conform with the length of the Account Structure : Location.
See Length : 4 but the Location's Codes appears only 2.

It should display Codes with 4 Segment.
