1. Remove screen Account Category
2. Drop column Account Group from Account Category table
3. Add Column Account Category in Chart of Accounts
4. List of Account Categories will be pre defined and system maintained.
5. Account categories will be used for restricting accounts instead of Account Group
6. Fix all programs which are currently using Account Group as restriction
