*ISSUE*
There are duplicate Cash Over/Short categories displaying after upgrading a db into 15.1.
*ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA*
1. Remove the duplicate.
2. Cash Over/Short to show Revenue and Expense account types only. So user can select either of the account.
Currently, it shows all account types: like asset, liability and equity.
