Jeff - noted a couple items on this:
# Should be able to export any transaction (posted or not)
## when you open a posted transaction the export field is grayed out
# The export file format has some issues
## It appears it exports only the first line of the journal entry
## it is putting equals signs in the format !pastedImage_d31479_0.png!
##
before you close this case for testing make sure that you
# go to an existing transaction
# Export that transaction
# Re import that transaction (this will verify your file format.
We have a import from csv option in the general ledger. The customer may not know what the format for the import should be. It would be nice if the customer could select a transaction and export it. this would give them a great example of how to create an import file.
* Export screen should allow the user to pick an existing journal entry and export it.
* it should also follow the standard download procedure to open a window with the file
