Related message below is often displayed during GL conversion of historical gl and import of subledger. However, it is not user intuitive because there is no really a cross reference screen or related screen where it can be verified.

In the GL Account detail screen display the tblGLCOACrossReference.strExternalId (origin id) per account id as one of the columns in the grid.

Then on Import logs or message, we will say:
_"Unable to post because Origin's Account Id ( *state the account id here* ) does not have matching Account Id in i21 Chart of Accounts. Please refer to Chart of Account screen to verify."_
