On Create Segment Accounts window of the New Account Wizard screen, 'Add Primary
Account' button is shown if a primary account segment is selected which opens the Import Primary Account screen. This button is hidden if a non primary account segment is selected.
Improvement: Show 'Add Segment Accounts' button if a non primary account segment is selected and open Import Segments screen when clicked.
