Issue:
*User Story:*
In GL-11101, it was agreed to change the GL Description's length to nvarchar (max) in Recap user defined data type tables but upon posting it will truncate the data into 250 characters. This is temporary in WAMA Build.
ACCEPTANCE
* Allow the GL Description to be nvarchar (max)

* Check the Recap tables impact when this will be changed.
* Define other GL tables that's referencing the GL's description and make sure it be changed too.
* Define other GL screens and reports that can impact this change.
