We are going to use the "Cash Accounts" group to designate that the cash accounts should not be used other than in :
1) Valid transactions from the subledgers
2) Imports of subledger from orign
We need to ensure that the cash accounts group can not be deleted or edited - it needs to be locked and there will be further system type accounts that we will add that need to be "locked"
Please make sure that the Cash accounts group is:
1) added to the system as part of the initial data load or how ever this is handled
2) Read only and can not be moved out of the assets group or deleted.
