Steps:
1. General Ledger > Maintenance > Fiscal Year
2. Click New button
3. Input Details
* Fiscal Year = 2025
* Retained Earnings = Select any
4. Click Generate button > Click Ok
* Ticked = Monthly
* *Start Date = 1/1/2025*
* *End Date = 12/31/2025*
Issue: Generated Start Date and End Date is not correct. Also notice the Close Year button is disabled

Acceptance : Generated Start Date and End Date should be
* *Start Date = 1/1/2025*
* *End Date = 12/31/2025*
*Close Year button should be enabled.*
