It seems a change with the latest google chrome update has impacted printing the background graphics on documents from i21. The logo and signature on the contract are not printing after this update and the logo isn't printing on other documents. The user can check the below setting on their browser and the graphics will print. We will need to get a global solution to this issue and possibly a patch if possible. This is also impacting MCP and likely others.

* Steps:
* Print a contract from UI
* Click Print on preview
* Windows preview shows boxes instead of company logo and signature
* Cancel windows preview and click print on i21 preview
* Windows print preview is correct
* Not contract specific
* This just started happening today
