Description   Noticed that there are a lof of ongoing Export API calls lingering until we had to recycle the pool.   !pastedImage_d170662_0.png|height=171,width=566!     *Steps:*   1. Go to Helpdesk > Time Entry   2. Select _any_records and click export > PDF   3. Repeat Step #2 thrice   *Issue:*   Helpdesk reached 100% CPU       *Accepted:*   {color:#242424}CPU must not reach 100% utilization{color}
