Description *This issue relates to i21 Help Desk ticket:* [ HDTN-264493 - System hangs when user uploads doc with same file name that already exists|https://helpdesk.irely.com/iRelyi21live/#/HD/Ticket/?ticket=HDTN-264493]   *Steps:*   1. Open existing Purchase Contract, go to DMS tab   2. Click on "Add"   3. Drag and drop a file from the explorer with the same name that was already uploaded before.   4. Click on Save   5. It shows "File name already exists in the folder"   6. Click on OK   *Issue:*   After click OK button the system hang. User had to refresh the browser.   *Accepted:*   Application should not hang after click OK button and there should be no error.
