*Steps:*
1. Go to Common Info > Approvals
2. Add filter:
# Approver \|\| Contains \|\| _Username_
3. Create View
4. Click Refresh button
*Issues:*
# Duplicated filter after clicking refresh button. but search results are good.
# Duplicated filter after reopening the screen. And the records are not shown anymore
# Tabs disappears after clearing the filter and clicking the refresh button.
# Not on the video. Deleting the saved search doesn't help. No records shown
