Attachments not working in Inventory Count

Description *This issue relates to i21 Help Desk ticket:* [ HDTN-263270 - Attachments are not working in inventory count|https://helpdesk.irely.com/iRelyi21live/#/HD/Ticket/?ticket=HDTN-263270]   {color:#323232}I am unable to attach a file in inventory counts. It seems to download and open the file instead of uploading to IRely. Also, when I refreshed the attach item screen It did this:{color}   *STEPS:*   # Go to Inventory Count > Click New # Navigate to Attachments tab # Click Add Item # In Attach Item screen, click Refresh button # All attachments in i21 app was loaded in the screen   *ISSUE:*   * Unable to attach file +*Unable to replicate this yet+ * Clicking Refresh in Attach Item screen loads all the i21 app file attachments   !pastedImage_d167125_0.png|height=334,width=600!   *ACCEPTED:*   * Click Refresh should not load any files in the Attach Item screen
