Mapping is not functioning again. Can route other products but 20# cylinders is a no go.
*Steps to Reproduce:*
1. Have a TM Consumption Site with an address that contain special characters (ex. #, &, spaces, etc.). Create Order for this site.

2. (Follow the steps on the video) Go to Logistics > Least Cost Routing. Click New. Fill in the header details, select the orders and click Map Orders
*Issue:* Map is unable to mark the order locations and produces error 400 (Bad Request)
*Acceptance:* Should show the order locations on the map without producing error.
