+ *Steps to reproduce:* +
1. Log in as one of the users with user role Knapp User.
i.e.
Tammy
2. Go to process c-store > support files.
+ *Actual result:* +
While the bookkeeper's menu is enabled, it is missing. The user used to have Under the Bookkeepers Menu, Department Levels Entry, Department Levels Edit List, Department Levels Post before the upgrade from 17.3 to 19.1 according to them.
