For her to get it back, she would have to log out and log back on.   See the initial part of the recording.   I had them upgraded to the latest release 19.1.1216.527 but it didn't fix the issue. I'm unable to reproduce the issue even when using the user's credentials. I already cleared the user's browser site data and cache but it still didn't fix the problem.
