Not able to clear i21 Electron cache

Description Users are getting a white blank screen when opening i21 Electron. To fix I am deleting the i21 Electron folders located: c:\users\username\appdata\roaming\i21 Electron. Reinstall electron and type in name and server. This fixes the issue but need a way to clear the cache inside Electron so this process is not needed and users are able to do it.
