Description This issue relates to i21 Help Desk ticket. Click the link below to go to Help Desk ticket.   [HDTN-240290 - another problem with i21|https://helpdesk.irely.com/iRelyi21live//#/HD/Ticket/?ticket=HDTN-240290]           The below issue has occurred after upgrading JDE Live environment with 19.2 version     This issue is reproduceable in the T3 environment   The user Mihail Petrov has reported this issue     Steps:   Go to Load / Shipment Schedules search screen and click on Containers tab   Export to Excel   !pastedImage_d127766_0.png|height=598,width=1366!     Issue:   Below is the error message while extracting data   !pastedImage_d127766_1.png|height=652,width=1365!     Acceptance:   Export to excel should work without any error message
