When a portal user clicks the hyperlink in the Help Desk emails it doesn’t take them to the actual ticket, but the main menu where they then have to find the ticket.

Click on the hyperlink in the helpdesk emails.   + *Actual result:* +   When a portal user clicks the hyperlink in the Help Desk emails it doesn’t take them to the actual ticket, but the main menu where they then have to find the ticket. While it takes me directly to the actual ticket when I am logged in. See attached.
