Issue:
When trying to download attachment, i get this message:
!pastedImage_d125476_0.png|height=1008,width=1834!
Then i am stuck with this:
!pastedImage_d125476_1.png|height=145,width=356!
Acceptance:
Should be able to download helpdesk ticket attachedments
