Issue:
1) Payroll > Time Entry > Time Cards
2) User has time entry setup in Employee Entity
3) Password is setup in time Entry under Employee Entity
4) User attempts to log in to Time Entry and is not able to. Will not open add user when attempting to sign in with user name and password.
Acceptance:
User name and password setup in Employee record should allow access to Time Entry > Time Cards
