Issue:
Reddy Ag was having issues printing a check from i21. After further testing I found they were using the latest version of chrome 77.0.3865.75. I upgraded the servers chrome to latest version and verified it has the issue too. They are on 18.1.0806.737, so I tested in helpdesk which is version 19.1.0806.316 with latest version of chrome. I am seeing the same issue, nothing prints from i21 when using chrome version 77.0.3865.75. This will affect all customers using i21 once chrome auto updates.
Steps:
Open any report screen
Generate a report
Click on Print button
Acceptance:
Should print / show the chrome /printer dialog box when the print button is pressed
