Log in to CBI Test environment (T2)   2. The user 'Jeanne Bush' is not able to save the Inventory receipt after modification   Db: testT2, app link: [https://i21.cbi-selectproducts.com/spfTest/]   {quote}An SPF User in CO 92 (Jeanne Bush) made me aware that as of last Friday (7/19/19) she could input data into the IR screen but that the system would no longer give her the option / ability to save the document. The system did not assign an IR number and the data entered appeared to be lost upon exiting the IR set of screens. The system did ask if she wanted to Save the IR, however even answering an affirmative Yes would not trigger a Save .   I had been trying to modify Screen Permissions for her role (SPF Office Staff) at the time, so I assumed that the inability to Save an IR somehow resulted from a change which I had made in her assigned role. Accordingly, I spent several hours on Monday (in the T2 Test System) trying to figure out and correct the problem by further editing the Role . While I was able to replicate the problem in T2 for the user Test Staff (having the same assigned user role SPF Office Staff ), I was not able to fix the problem.   My next step was to duplicate a Role which I knew was working and see if once it was assigned to the user Test Staff whether that user could then save an IR. The new role which was created in T2 was SPF Office and Accounting Staff . The answer was a Negative . Regardless of the Role attached to the Test Staff user in T2, that user could no longer save an IR. However, when the same role was assigned to a newly created user New 19.1 User in T2, that profile and role combination could create and save a new IR.   Accordingly, I believe that the inability to save an IR is somehow associated with the User (Jeanne Bush in SFP 92 and Test Staff in T2), rather than the Role assigned to those users.   Please take a look at the users Jeanne Bush in 92 and Test Staff in T2 and help me understand what went wrong and what needs to be changed or fixed so that these two users can once again Save an IR which they have entered. It may be that they each currently have an IR hung out in Never-Never Land which I can not see or blow away and which is preventing them from saving any new IR documents. It is also possible that inability to save an IR may be due to some as of yet unidentified problem. Regardless, this is an issue that is preventing us from moving forward and one which I need your assistance to identify and resolve ASAP.   {quote}
