We are in the process of setting up the integration between Easy Automation and i21 but ran into two issues with the File Operation on AgPlus server (Synergy TS site):
# The Create a Copy is not working.
## Refer to the process titled "Easy Automation - Invoice Import"
## An attempt to create a copy of the customers.json file generates the error below.
## Same for the invoices.json file.
# The Append Date Time Stamp didn't work either but I'm guessing this is due to problem #1.

It is critical that we get this working otherwise new files will overwrite existing ones.
