Audit Log exports need more details on User entity changes. Attached is the desired format

# Go to Common Info -> Audit Log
# Click Report button

Add Columns to display more information on user entity changes. Sample was given as:

As discussed with [~von.pasion] and [~kevin.estrada] , these columns can be used by other modules to display record name and description of the modified record.
