*Steps:*
Go to System Manager -> Users -> Open a user (irelyadmin)
Go to User tab and click on User Role link button
Once User Role screen has opened, click Control Permissions tab
Click Add.
Search for the folloiwng control:
Control Type = Grid Column
Click Add.
Once added, set the Permission to Hide
Refres / Relogin and navigate to the search screen where that column is located.

Hidden column should no longer display in search screen
