Custom Tab: newly added option custom tabs doesnt reflect on the drop down on the customer tab without sorting

Description This issue relates to i21 Help Desk ticket. Access the clients environment. See environment.   2. Go to sales > customers > look up customer #762240.   3. Go to cardlock affinity tab.   4. Under member association, look for OFBF 10 DOUGLAS without sorting.   + *Actual result:* +   Option OFBF 10 DOUGLAS is not visible.   5. Then sort by ascending or descending.   + *Actual result:* +   Option OFBF 10 DOUGLAS is now visible.
