This issue is happening in the Hershey's DEV environment that is running 19.1 ( [https://i21dev.hersheys.com/iRelyi21Dev/login] )
1. Custom label is configured for Substitute Item . Check below

2. Open Contract-> Additional info.
3. Check Label
4. It is not showing the configured label (Send Feed to SAP). It is however working correctly in Hershey's production and test environments that are running the 18.3 version

Expectation:
- It should display configured custom label (e.g. Send Feed to SAP)
- It is working correctly in 18.3 that is running at Hershey's production and test environments
