Customer has reported the below issue in Live environment after it was upgraded to 18.1 version.
* Description of the issue
** Contract blocked for further edition + not submitted for approval.
** Actions +which used to be done:+ Amendment of the shipment period, save, click no to “submit for approval” and “ok” for “contract will have to be submitted”, check again the contract, attached the supporting doc in DMS and Submit.
** Actions today: Amendment of the shipment period, save, click no to “submit for approval”, blocked
** Refer the attached email for more details
* User is basically not able to edit anything even though she said "No" for "Submit for Approval" popup
*Steps:*
1. Login to User1 and
create a Contract.
2. Login to another user and edit the created Contract
3. Save and submit contract for approval
4. Login to 1st approver and approve the contract
5. Login to 2nd approver and approve the contract as well.
6. Login to another user, edit the contract and click Save
7. Click 'No' when prompted for sumbission of approval.

Screen should not disable fields. Status should be = "Waiting to Submit"
