Add a Company Configuration for exporting PDF files with a default of 10,000 records but allow the Admin to manually override this in the Company Configuration to a higher number if they want.
Display a Warning in the Company Configuration that exporting anything above 10,000 records may impact performance or reach the maximum system timeout. This will push the burden of performance back to the customer instead of us.
This will also supersede the 100k PDF export limit we previously added.
