When trying to set the "Time" on a Load, it is having inconsistent results
1- Sometimes you change the time (say to 9am) and click save. It doesn't save
2 - If you change something else, and save, it will set it back to 12:00am or some other time.
The user should be able to set/change the date AND time and it should save.
