Steps:
1. Go to Manufacturing --> Inventory view -> As on date by Lot tab
2. Enter any lotid
3. Select the From date later than To date
4. Go to "To date" the Calendar is readonly ( This is ok as the From date is later than To date)
5. Now change the From Date earlier than "To date"
6. Go to To date
Issue: The Calendar date is readonly, not allowing to pick. This is happening all screens where there is a date filter.

Expectation: System should allow to pick the "To date".
