Add a "Filter" column in the Export Log screen that can be used to either display the filter used for the Export or display a button that opens a small popup to display the filter used. This way the user knows exactly what filter was used for the export.
There can be multiple filters used in a grid so it might look something like this.

"Customer Vendor" Equals "Techtronix"
"Item No" Equals "CORN
"Pricing Type" Equals "Basis"
