*Actual:* Toolbar menus have awkward & annoying behaviors when working on search screens/grids. I'm supposed to click on the filter but unintentionally hovered over the Columns menu, so, I need to get rid of the menu first to be able to focus on the filter/search textbox. Autopopup menus when hovering are only good in mega menus and primary navigations but in toolbars, it's not a very good user experience.
With the current behavior, you need to be more precise in moving your mouse over the toolbars so you're not gonna be hitting those menus.
