Click the link below to go to Help Desk ticket.   [HDTN-220005 - jbarthel cannot login|https://helpdesk.irely.com/iRelyi21live//#/HD/Ticket/?ticket=HDTN-220005] I have had random multiple users not able to login due to their username not being in all caps. Seems to be random with user accounts and versions. Federated just had this issue in ticket 220005 with one user. I tested and was able to login with the username in all caps.
