Please see attached document.
The event time is switching after I save a time. I am unable to use an event because it is not maintaining time correct.
* When trying to create an event activity, I entered the Start time: 9/25/18 8AM and End time: 9/25/18 9:30AM
* I then save and close
* On the activities screen, the event shows the incorrect time
* When I open the activity, the time has changed to Start time: 9/25/18 8AM and End time: 9/25/18 10:30AM
