** Portal User can see all test companies on the login screen
** Want to avoid confusion/questions on which to select.
* Requirements
** Internally need ability to login as a portal user on test company to review test transactions.
** Need ability to provide portal link to only access a single production company.
*** Parameters:
**** Company #
*** When Valid Company # is provided
**** Hide Company Selection
**** Login with username/password and submit will login to Company Specified on the parameters.
*** Else
**** Allow login to work like normal with ability to select company.
