STEPS:
1. Create Scale Ticket on 1st window.
* Select Type: Load In
* Select Vendor: A1 Portal Farms, Inc.
* Select an Item: Corn
* Enter Discount Readings:
* Enter Gross Weight
* Enter Tare Weight:
2. Click Close button and save it.
3. Open the same ticket number in different window.
4. Modify the Ticket. ex. comment
5. Click Save.
6. Modity the same ticket on 1st window and click Save.
ISSUE:
The system created different Ticket No. DIstributing tickets on different window still allows.

ACCEPTANCE:
Saving same ticket number in different window should not be allowed.
