Description This issue relates to i21 Help Desk ticket. Click the link below to go to Help Desk ticket.   [HDTN-216609 - Distribution from Scale|https://helpdesk.irely.com/iRelyi21live//#/HD/Ticket/?ticket=HDTN-216609] Trying to set up scale ticket email function.   Steps -   Email service is set up in company configuration and can successfully sent test email   Add contact to a customer that has email distribution type of Scale   Enabled email function on scale station   Entered a scale ticket for customer with contact that has scale email   Save ticket - No email   Distribute ticket - No email   Print ticket - No email   Not sure what action is supposed to trigger the email, but it isn't going.
