*Using 18.1 and 18.3.0617.38*
*Issue with reproduction Steps:*
1. Sometines from any action in the i21 application, blue screen pops up as below and user is forced to restart the application.

2. This is not reproducible always but appears infrequently.
3. requesting to look into this matter.
*Expected Result:*
1. Such blue screen should not pop up at all.
